Its unique environmental solutions are used primarily in wastewater technology, wastewater management and drainage systems. The wide range of products includes advanced membrane bioreactor systems, conventional extended aeration with 'bio-sword' filtration sewage treatment plants, vacuum collection and transfer systems, vacuum toilets, push-fit pipe systems in both stainless and galvanised steel and fully automated high capacity grease separators. ACO Marine develops in-house solutions from its ISO 9001 accredited production facilities, all of which are located entirely within the EU.

Pipe System

ACO pipe system is reliable, lightweight and durable push-fit pipework system, designed, produced and tested for marine waste water drainage applications black and grey water collection. NO pressure application is required. Developed for gravity and vacuum installation. Together with other products of ACO Group creates a perfect system and offers sustainable drainage solution with unique advantages to our cutomers.

Grease Separator

The fats, oils and greases found in galley wastewater are the single biggest contributing factor to wastewater treatment failure and the one of the most difficult wastewater streams to manage and treat effectively. ACO Marine composite grease separators as part of its Lipator and Lipatomat product range have been designed to meet market demand for more cost-effective, lighter units capable of delivering the same performance benefits as the stainless steel model.

Drainage Solutions

ACO offers sustainable, integrated drainage systems which are designed to protect business, the environment and ultimately public health. Our aim is to constantly improve every aspect of safety, hygine and functional performance. We apply relevant hygienic design principles that are reserved for food contact surfaces EN 1672 and EN ISO 14159 to the design of our drainage products.

ACO AVT Smart100

The electronic vacuum toilet, ACO AVT Smart100, meets market demand from the passenger ship sector for a low-noise, "smart" toilet system capable of intelligent operation.

Incorporating a fully-programmable control unit, ship engineering teams can, for the firts time, remotely control, monitor and maintain all the toilet´s functions.

Operators can remotely adjust flushing and suction sequences and monitor the condition of each toilet connected to vessel´s wastewater system. Typically, engineers would have to trace the system back to find which toilet had malfunctioned or wait for a passenger to report a problem.

This significantly improves maintenance schedules and reduces operational costs, since the smart technology automatically alerts the operator to which toilet on the network has malfunctioned and which component has failed. Ships´crews can effect repairs immediately and before passengers get wind of a problem.
